If something isn't working as expected, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • A description of what happened
  • Which calendars or providers are involved
  • Any error messages you see on screen

Common questions

My events aren't syncing Check that your calendar family is set to "Active" (not "Paused") and that your provider connections are still authenticated. If a provider shows a warning, click "Reauthenticate" to refresh access.

I see an error on a sync operation Hover over the error badge to see the reason. You can retry individual failed operations using the "Retry" button. If errors persist, the provider may have revoked access - try reauthenticating.

How do I stop syncing? You can pause syncing at any time by toggling your calendar family to "Paused". To permanently stop, remove the connection between the calendars.

How do I delete my data? Remove all providers from your account via "Manage providers". This will delete all associated calendars, connections, and sync operations. To fully delete your account, contact support.
